Writing and sketching on anything and everything...collecting chaotic piles of logged creative ideas which are spiraling in your mind so quickly that you don't want to forget even one of the ideas and must get it down before you forget...while more are firing one consecutively after another...
The visual of this is a private fireworks display inside your head...beautiful creative bursts displayed and gone...
This has to be managed. If you experience this wonderful gift then you know if not managed it can lead to some not so wonderful problems of forgetfulness, overwhelm and productivity struggles.
This how to manage suggestion works for many people. Tweak it just a bit to work best for you.
First try concentrating on taking deep slow inhales and exhales focused on slowing your breathing and thinking only about that task.
Second visualize an empty white room with just a filing cabinet in it...or a white board with just a dry erase marker in your favorite color.
The point is to...
Third clean your mind and keep it simple...
prioritize....file, white board, or delete and move on...don't get mottled in the quagmire of inconsequential insignificance.
The really great stuff will reappear and will stick with you!
